Compliance Program

With rare exception now, pawnbrokers are required to have, and maintain, an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program. Banks are requiring them, while the IRS is actively auditing pawnshops and MSB’s to verify compliance. Let a certified AML professional take the pain out of developing and implementing a custom program that will pass muster.

Compliance Audit

An Independent Review of your AML program is required on an annual basis to keep you in compliance. This review can’t be done by your compliance officer or anyone in the company who is involved in the day to day operations of the business. We are extremely affordable and handle reviews for hundreds of companies across the country!

What does our compliance training look like?

Our online training portal allows you to stay up-to-date on your compliance training at your pace. You will have access to add new employees as they are hired to make compliance training part of your on-boarding process

Online payment via credit card allows you the flexibility to pay for the whole staff at one time or you can spread the training out to fit your needs. Adding new hires is simple!

We have a two types of trainings: Standard Federal Compliance Training and Compliance Officer Training.

The Standard Federal Compliance Training consists of all laws and regulations required for any AML program.
The Compliance Officer Training includes all the information from the Standard Federal Compliance Training and also goes in-depth in subject areas of concern for stores to be compliant with federal guidelines.
